What are the best ways to get help when struggling with Java assignments?

I’ve been working on my Java tasks, but some concepts like loops and classes are still confusing me. At one point, I even thought, should I ask someone to write my Java assignment just to keep up with deadlines? But I’m not sure if that’s the best way to learn.
